For the past 14 years, Allan has traveled the insurtech highway as a consultant, engineer, and product guy. He has worked in key technical leadership roles and led the implementation of critical insurance technology projects across the insurance value chain. Prior to founding Ask Kodiak, he served as the Chief Technology Officer for AgencyPort, a software provider to the P&C insurance industry. Allan has a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Florida State University and Bachelors' degrees in Biology and Chemistry from Providence College.

Elisa Stampf worked in insurance sales for 15 years before she had an instance of harassment that pushed her resilience to the limit. Rather than giving up, she founded a nonprofit to advocate for an industry that values and empowers a workforce diverse in gender, race, sexual orientation, and economic status. Seizing a moment that is ripe for change, the Insure Equality team creates tools for transparency, accountability, and systemic change.

Jonathan Hooven has spent 22 years in the insurance industry focused exclusively on small business customers and their agents and brokers. Prior to co-founding First Insurance & Risk Management, Jonathan was head of casualty for Hiscox USA and head of underwriting for their digital partnerships and direct (DPD) business unit. Jonathan previously held executive roles with two industry-leading MGAs now owned respectively by Acrisure and Gallagher. Jonathan enjoys leading teams of individuals that build underwriting practices to proactively protect profit through collaboration. His entire career has been in the insurance industry during which he has overseen production of more than $3bn of profitable long-tail casualty premium.

Keith Moore has over 25 years of product, marketing and digital distribution experience in the insurance and financial services industries. Keith is regarded as an insurtech pioneer in the United States based on his positive industry impact as CEO and Executive Chairman of CoverHound, an online leader in both personal and commercial Property & Casualty Insurance that has sold over 400,000 insurance policies digitally. He is currently a Senior InsurTech Advisor for Insurance Advisory Partners, serves on the board of Appalachian State University’s Brantley Risk and Insurance Center, and is leading an initiative at UNC Chapel Hill to launch the school's first Insurance Innovation Center. Keith has served on the TransUnion Insurance Advisory Board since 2016 and actively advises multiple insurtech companies at various stages of growth.

Kylie Hubbard is the Director of Innovation as a member of the corporate team at INSURICA, Inc. Among the 50 largest insurance brokers in the country, INSURICA was recently named the 2022 overall “Agency of the Future” winner by Safe Co and Liberty Mutual, made possible with contributions from the Innovation and Data department. She is a graduate from the University of Oklahoma in her hometown of Norman Oklahoma, Go sooners! Building the Digital unit throughout the last 6 years at INSURICA has shown success in building strong partnerships and data forward strategies that she is now contributing across the INSURICA enterprise to build a strong Innovation forward community.

As Chief Executive Officer of Irys, Margeaux has more than 15 years of executive experience in operations and digital transformation for the insurance and finance space.

Named Insurtech Woman CEO of the Year, top 20 Insurtech provider of 2022, Forbes Technology Council member and regular Forbes.com contributor, Margeaux is not only passionate about injecting cutting edge tech into insurance, she’s proactive in changing the landscape for women as well.

Margeaux is a founding member of InsureWomen and InsureEquality, Chair of the Central Florida Chapter of the Association of Professional Insurance Women, as well as a member of the UCONN Fintech Masters Program Advisory Board.

Prior to founding Ask Kodiak, Michael served in senior technology leadership roles in product and strategy. He has extensive experience in the P&C industry and has worked with carriers of all sizes leading teams that have built exceptional software for agents, underwriters, and policyholders alike. He previously served as the SVP of strategy for AgencyPort, a software provider to the P&C insurance industry. He specializes in the art of application design and user experience. Mike holds a bachelor's degree from James Madison University.

Reghan Brandt, Co-Founder of Columbia Pacific Finance (premium finance company) and Founder of LRP, The Loss Run Pros (InsurTech). My focus has always been on making sure I understand how to help insurance agents get more business and have built CPF and LRP to deliver results for their agencies. At CPF and LRP, we have scaled through optimizing processes, improving customer experience, and building strong teams that can deliver against ambitious targets across all areas of business operations, including finance, marketing, human resources, and IT/operations.

Reid Holzworth, Chief Executive Officer, leads Ivans strategic direction. He is a prominent insurance industry leader with extensive insurance experience in both broker and insurer distribution environments. Holzworth was the founder and CEO of TechCanary, an InsurTech leader that Applied Systems acquired in 2019. TechCanary built an innovative set of insurance solutions on the Salesforce platform to create choice and flexibility for agencies who prefer Salesforce.com, which has since been incorporated in Applied’s portfolio under the name Applied Epic for Salesforce. Holzworth’s extensive industry experience, innovation-first mindset and commitment to simple, valuable customer experiences will be hallmarks of his leadership of Ivans and the expansion of its compelling innovation strategy.

Sharon Fox is the VP of Partnerships at TrustLayer with 15+ years of experience with previous roles in Insurance, Risk Management, and Technology. As a Chartered Insurance Professional and Certified Risk Manager, she’s committed to driving positive change in the industry and improving the client experience for years to come. She previously worked at a top-tier brokerage focusing on mining, power and construction risks. She is currently driving partner success at TrustLayer, a risk management platform that helps mitigate third party risk and optimize companies compliance objectives
